Terms of Service
1. Who we are
dayto.ai (“dayto”, “we”) is operated by a company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].
2. What the service is
dayto measures how AI answer engines describe your business, generates deployment artifacts (Schema.org JSON-LD, llms.txt, an answers page and related files) and drafts content for your approval. We measure with real probes and show whether you were named, with a short quote from one AI answer per question. We do not promise rankings, citations, traffic or revenue — AI engines are third-party systems we do not control.
3. Your account
Your dashboard lives at a private link. You are responsible for keeping that link confidential; anyone holding it can act as you. You can rotate it in Settings at any time. One free account per business; abuse of free checks may be rate-limited.
4. Acceptable use
- Only run audits on businesses you own or are authorised to represent.
- No attempts to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- Content drafts are published by you, from your accounts, after your approval — you are responsible for what you publish.
5. Payment
Paid plans are billed as stated at checkout (currently a single payment per period in USDT; nothing auto-renews; we hold no card). Your access runs to the end of the paid period, then stops. See Refunds.
6. Your data and your site
Files we generate for your site belong to you. dayto does not publish to your website: we prepare the files, and you or your developer install them. If you connect WordPress, we use the connection only to preview a page and do not write to your site. Disconnecting removes our access; it does not remove content already published.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current service period.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. You may stop using the service at any time; paid access simply runs out at the end of its period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai. Any dispute arising from them or from the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
