Refund Policy

1. How billing works today

dayto is a single payment per period (no card on file, nothing auto-renews). When a period ends, access stops — there is no subscription to cancel and no surprise charge to dispute.

2. The free layer first

Before paying you can run the free check, see a sample report and open a free dashboard. A free dashboard gets the AI-visibility check only; the agents, the site builder, the full audit and content work are part of the paid plan.

3. Refunds

If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full, in USDT on the same network, to a wallet address you send us from your account email (if you paid from an exchange, give your exchange deposit address). dayto pays the network fee, so you receive the full amount.

4. What is not refundable

Any later payment (a renewal or a further period), and the first payment once 7 days have passed. Those periods run to their end; nothing renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.

5. How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account email with your invoice reference. A person reads it and replies.
